The products & services available on the web Platform owned by Three Squirrels, and the samples, if any, that our Platform may provide you, are for your personal and/or professional use only. The products or services, or samples thereof, which you may receive from us, shall not be sold or resold for any/commercial purpose.

Mode of payment – Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways: UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking.
One or mode of payments may change over of period without prior notice. We do not accept Cash on Delivery presently.

Prices, Product Availability of the products & services provided or offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice or intimation & is completely at the sole discretion of the company Three Squirrels Private Limited.
The Company Three Squirrels Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights to withdraw any ongoing offer and/or promotion without prior notification.

POLICY FOR SHIPPING & ORDER DELIVERY POLICY
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Once order is shipped, they’ll be delivered to you within next 3-5 working days. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, ordered product/products availability, and Three Squirrels Pvt Ltd Courier Partner’s delivery time & location.
Return address is same as our shipping address (only valid for products purchased through our website www.threesquirrels.in) – Three Squirrels Pvt Ltd, No.14, Serenity Space, Gota, Ahmedabad – 382481, Gujarat
A delivery fee of Rs. 51/- is applicable on orders below Rs. 399/-.
CANCELLATION OF UNUSUAL ORDERS
There may be certain orders that Three Squirrels may not accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order at any point in time. Some reasons may include errors in pricing, certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance team or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole/issue/algorithm, etc. We will notify you over email or call or SMS in case your order has been canceled fully or partially or if any additional information or data is required to ship your order.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELATION OF UNUSUAL ORDERS
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which www.threesquirrels.in cancels the order. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid.
NOTE:
Any single product from the kit/set/regimen cannot be replaced or returned.
